Taylor Lane provides a complete roof truss service from concept consultation to design, manufacture and delivery to site. Roof trusses can be ordered as part of a timber frame kit or stand-alone, ideal for standard brick and block construction.
We can undertake all roof types from garages to extensions, a ‘room in the roof’ to a Posi-Attic through to houses, blocks of flats and vast, complex structures such as care homes.
Our truss solution is ideal for a mixed construction site.
Using MiTek Pamir software, our experienced truss team design detailed dimensional drawings for accurate production and efficient installation onsite.
We have invested in the latest Hundegger cutting technology to ensure accuracy with maximum speed. The individual components are then assembled on a 25m long table press.
Being a member of the Trussed Rafter Association (TRA) we have a third-party supervised Quality Assurance scheme. Together with PEFC certified timbers, this ensures that the manufacturing process is carried out to the highest standard producing a high-quality product. Our business and manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 accredited.
All Taylor Lane roof trusses are delivered to site clearly marked and ready to install. We send site drawings with each delivery.
Yes. We design, manufacture and supply pre-fabricated roof trusses. This can be as part of a timber frame kit where we will include all the ancillaries to go with the roof (such as the metalwork, structural bracing and the fascia, barge and soffit boards), or we can supply trusses and the bracing elements for standard brick and block construction. Drawings and structural calculations are prepared, along with standard construction details, to assist workers on site.
