Factory Operatives

Taylor Lane is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its production team.

We have general factory operative positions available working in one of our factories on the Rotherwas Industrial Estate in Hereford.

Whilst experience would be an advantage, full training will be provided so it is not essential.

Responsibilities

cutting components on a variety of CNC and cross-cut saws
assembly of timber frame wall panels, floor cassettes, and roof panels using pneumatic nail-guns and staplers

General woodwork, nail-gun, and sawyer experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given

Contract	Permanent, 39 hours per week
Salary	Starting from £10.42 per hour. Overtime (when available) is paid at time and a half (1.5 x regular wage rate)
