Roof Trusses

Taylor Lane has an independently run Truss Factory. We design, manufacture and supply pre-fabricated trussed rafters. This can be as part of a timber frame kit where we will include all of the ancillaries to go with the roof, such as the metalwork, structural bracing and the fascia, barge and soffit boards. Or we can supply trusses and the bracing elements for standard brick and block construction. Drawings and structural calculations are prepared and along with standard construction details assist workers on site. All of our trusses are designed using MITEK software with connection plates to BS5268. The timber used is TR26 grade which is all treated (VAC VAC) to cycle ‘F’ requirements. Taylor Lane can undertake all types of roofs from a simple garage roof or attic room to complicated nursing homes.
