Production

Our production department is split into several divisions. The factories total an area covering 4,580 Sq.m. We employ around 50 skilled operatives who work a day and night shift to keep the factory running to its maximum potential. We have a CAD/CAM link set up between the Design Office and our factory for efficient and accurate production of panels. Soft wood floors, I-Beam Floors and Posi Strut engineered floors are all available along with Roof Trusses and steel fabrication which are manufactured in-house, see Manufacturing Facilities and our Product pages for further information. There is also a dedicated area for second fix joinery, pre-hung doors, skirtings and architrave, windows and doors (wood or uPVC) and stairs which can also be included in your order.
