The Contracts Department deals with all Contracts & Project issues. The manager arranges pre-Start Meetings, Health & Safety, Erectors Contracts, Crane/Forklift Method Statements and liaises with the Taylor Lane’s Site Supervisors with reference to any problems relating to the  site.

The Site Supervisors, consisting of three experienced men, travel to sites where Taylor Lane are contracted to erect. This is to monitor the progress and quality of the timber frame, erectors workmanship and deal with site issues.

The Contracts Department is also responsible for the daily delivery programme relating to the timber frame kits. The administration staff liaise with erectors on behalf of the client requiring erection of the timber frame kit.

Contracts
