| Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for the Pre-Start Meetings, Health & Safety, Erectors Contracts, Crane/Forklift Method Statements and liaises with the Contracts Manager and Taylor Lane’s Site Supervisors with reference to any problems relating to the client’s site. The Site Supervisors, consisting of three experienced men, travel to sites where Taylor Lane are contracted to erect.
